This is an excerpt from Eagle Point Capital’s Fall 2025 letter to clients. Every six months, EPC writes to clients to explain what they own and why they own it. The portfolio-specific portion of each letter is for clients and premium subscribers only. Premium subscribers will receive the entire letter 45 days after our clients (November 15, 2025).

If you’d like to invest with EPC, please contact us. We offer separately managed accounts to retail investors, and 401(k) rollovers are often a good fit for our long-term approach.

Brookfield is a rapidly growing and highly cash generative business with an enduring competitive position among the world’s largest institutional investors. Each of Brookfield’s three segments is delivering strong results.

Brookfield Asset Management (BAM), raised $95 billion of capital and grew fee-related earnings 18% over the last year. BAM is uniquely positioned to continue raising large sums of money given its strong investment results, relationships with global institutional capital providers, and emphasis on investing in the world’s most critical infrastructure. The White House’s recent plan to allow 401(k)s to invest in funds managed by alternative managers like Brookfield will support growing inflows in the years ahead.
